Execute all mechanical design for mineral beneficiation plant (Such as iron ore, chromium ore, etc.), mineral washing plants, M-sand, silica sand manufacturing and washing plants, construction waste recycling plants, etc.• 3d Modeling of various plant equipment such as Hopper, Conveyors, De-watering screens, Sump pump system, Cyclones,Aquacycles, Aquastores, Plant Walkways, Plant structure, Plant piping etc.• Generate accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) from 3D modelling and systematically upload them into Sage software using Advanced Excel, facilitation further processing.• Manage the fabrication and assembly of metals and piping.• Prepare 2D & 3D Plant layout.• Calculation for pump and motor selection• Factory and site visit as per the project requirement.
