ABOUT KOURTNEY PORTER

I’m a mission-driven professional with a diverse background in public service, social work, and administration. I currently serve as a Workforce Development Case Manager at Ohio Valley Goodwill, supporting individuals in overcoming employment barriers and building meaningful careers.My past roles include Director of Social Services at a skilled nursing facility and work in government, where I developed strong skills in advocacy, program coordination, and community engagement. I also serve as the Office and Executive Assistant to the Senior Pastor of a growing church, supporting leadership with care and precision.In addition, I run my own catering and event planning business, where I combine creativity, attention to detail, and a love for service to create memorable experiences.Passionate about helping others, building strong communities, and finding purpose in every role I take on.
