WHO I AM I am passionate about driving solutions that remove the traditional barriers that are at the intersection of technology and people (teams and customers). WHAT I DO I started my career in France then got promoted to lead a 120-people team to consolidate best IT practices across 16 countries and 38 sites in EMEA. I started at Amazon US in 2015, hiring and developing managers and engineers from a team of 24 to a 65-employee group. I directed teams across various organizations and programs, including Corporate Systems (AWS), Data Center Security (AWS), and Finance Automation. I am proud of having consistently built self-sustaining teams that strive to reach new performance levels. SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS • Hired and cross-trained managers and engineers, growing teams from 24 to 65 engineers in two years to remove single points of failure across six system and software development teams. • Led filing of four patents and granting of two for systems designed by team, including US 10••••70B – “Authenticating identities for establishing secure network tunnels” and US10••••69B1 – “Hosted application access management.” • Delivered a client fleet compliance of 99.5% within 48 hours of a security patch release.(400k clients, 3 OS platforms). • Led a 120-people team to consolidate best IT practices across 16 countries and 38 sites in EMEA for infrastructure deployment and IT support organization to drive standardization of SLAs, project management tools, and program management staffing. • Divided EMEA management in three sub-regions - Germany and Eastern Europe; UK-Africa, and West and South Europe, recognized as delivering best customer-facing performance, project delivery, and incident management among all global teams. • Stabilized IT infrastructure with zero production incident in first Q4 (highest activity period).
