Kouri is a highly driven, performance focused leader with 13+ years of experience in government administration, non-profit management and advocacy communications. Kouri is an influencer with strong team building skills and a demonstrated ability to lead organizations forward. He is a metrics driven professional who is resilient and politically savvy. As a nonprofit leader, Kouri successfully represented the interests of over association members by connecting them to career development resources and lifting their voices to our leaders on Capitol Hill. He has also managed successful large scale electoral campaigns and served as a senior government official, working with state legislatures and other policymakers on forward thinking public policy. Kouri previously served as the Deputy Director of Personnel for the Office of Illinois Governor JB Pritzker and is currently working as a public policy professional in the tech industry.
