I have 18+ years of extensive experience as a senior digital health and healthcare analytics product leader.For the five startups I\'ve founded, I successfully designed and launched six pioneering consumer-facing digital health and enterprise healthcare analytics products. These initiatives, hailed as “brilliant” by industry leaders, consistently delivered high-value results for diverse stakeholders. One of the startups had a successful exit within 12 months and I scaled a second to over 70 health system clients, generating and millions of dollars in revenue.Career Highlights:• Within 12 months, I led an urgent care and primary care clinic from a $300K loss to a $200K+ profit. I led the revenue growth strategy and built custom revenue cycle and financial analysis modes using Cursor and Claude Code to maximize revenue capture and margin.• Drove zero-to-one development and launch of 6 pioneering consumer-facing digital health and enterprise healthcare analytics products based on proven market and user research methods.• Innovated the pioneering patient-facing “About Me Care Card” product (which won a \'care\' award from a hospital association) and led its integration into primary care, specialty care, and hospital care. • Achieved a 1290%+ product adoption across the health system in the first 9 months after deployment; 95K+ cards collected to date; and $2M+ in utilization savings that resulted in 200%+ ROI for the system.• Founded, developed, and scaled 2 digital health and healthcare analytics companies to multimillion-dollar revenues or a successful exit within 12-48 months.• Designed a $3M customer-facing analytics product (using claims, care management, and survey data and actuarial methods) for small-to-medium size employers.• Won 2 President\'s Excellence in Delivery awards for exceptional performance in delivering mission-critical applications and product training.• Established as a national change management thought leader, proven by multiple change leadership white papers and the adoption of my change management model by 70+ health systems in the US and UK.I have explored 44 countries and I have completed seven Ironman triathlon races, five ultramarathons and eleven marathons (my marathon PR is 2:38).

   Founded My Brain Health based on the success of the award-winning \'About Me\' care \'card\' and care model I designed, implemented, and led for a U.S. health system. The \'About Me\' care \'card\' and care model has now been used to support over 125K care encounters.My Brain Health is focused on converting our unique approach to co-producing care for the older adult population into a post-diagnostic Cognitive Care Companion for adults 55 and older experiencing cognitive decline, from SCD, MCI, and mild dementia.My Brain Health has been accepted in the King\'s College of London (KCL) Start-Up Accelerator program (which starts in June 2025).We are partnered with a brain health clinic in at the South London and Maudsley NHS Trust to co-develop and test the feasibility of the My Brain Health product.
