Responsibilities as a US IT Recruiter:Requirement Analysis: Understand job requirements from clients or account managers and analyze the technical needs of each role.Sourcing Candidates: Use job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), LinkedIn, internal databases, and networking to identify and engage suitable candidates.Screening and Qualifying: Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ technical skills, communication abilities, visa status, availability, and salary expectations.End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.Working with Different Visa Types: Handle candidates across different work authorizations (US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, L2-EAD, H4-EAD, TN, etc.).Submission & Coordination: Submit qualified profiles to clients/vendors and coordinate interviews, feedback, and follow-ups.Client & Vendor Interaction: Maintain regular communication with account managers, direct clients, and preferred vendors for job updates and candidate feedback.Rate Negotiation: Negotiate compensation rates (C2C, W2, 1099) based on client budget and candidate expectations.Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all submissions meet compliance standards, including background checks, paperwork, and document collection (DL, passport, work authorization, etc.).Relationship Building: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and foster long-term relationships to ensure quick turnarounds.
