My journey at Amazon began as an intern, where I worked on operational excellence tooling for data workflows. After converting to a full-time engineer, I joined a platform engineering team where I led multiple automation and UI modernization efforts that directly improved the productivity of internal teams across the organization.One of my key contributions has been the design and rollout of reusable React UI frameworks, now adopted by multiple teams. This not only improved frontend consistency but also reduced development time by 30%. I also built a CLI-to-UI integration portal, enabling non-technical stakeholders to access powerful internal tools via a user-friendly interface — now used by over 100 users across teams. Recognizing the need for better observability and operational speed, I developed Python-based automations that saved over 100 engineer-hours/month, and built a Slack-integrated monitoring bot using AWS Lambda for real-time release tracking. This bot reduced merge errors and significantly improved the release cycle. Beyond web development, I have also taken ownership of Tier-1 policy compliance workflows, integrated with the SAS engine, and led RCA/postmortems for production incidents. I care deeply about system stability and take a proactive role in preventing regressions through test infrastructure, CloudWatch instrumentation, and CI/CD integration. I was awarded 1st place in an org-wide hackathon for building a tool that automated product variation churn analysis — a solution now adopted by the Global Catalog Operations team.
