I have worked in Family business/ Logistics/Transport/Sales/Various businesses before founding Monarch.Worked half dozen part-time jobs right from high school, besides helping grandparents\' business and later extending the same for my mother by selling Agarbathi to retail shops and temples. Completed BA in Economics and gave up B.Com in Accounting half way during the same time. Took up jobs in Bluedart as a courier boy and Indian Railways as a transport staff. Later ventured into plenty of small businesses as well. A partnership firm called SDK helped me to discover this furniture industry which lasted just 12 months and later started my own firm in 1996 which is now called Monarch. Currently, we are a PAN India company, driven by a team of 500+ trained & dedicated professionals. We make smart office furniture and we are proud to say that, it is made in India. We are here to prove to the world that Indians can make equally good products and more importantly create jobs here.In \"Make in India\" initiative by the government, our contribution is visible through the production of world class office furniture in India. I am glad that brands like Steelcase, Haworth & Herman Miller are setting up their manufacturing units in India, proving the huge potential of the Indian market. Monarch welcomes such healthy competition and ascertains that our products stand tall in quality, design, aesthetics & value for money.
