As a dynamic and ambitious MBA graduate, I have carved a path as a successful Collections Manager. My job is all about handling personal loans (PAPL, CCOD, and Normal PL) Bucket 4+ in the bustling city of Hyderabad.In my current role, I thrive in a fast-paced environment where my month begins with strategic allocation to agencies and at time field visits to resolve critical cases. I excel at fostering strong relationships with customers, not just to ensure collections but also to enhance retention. Negotiation has become second nature to me, honed through countless interactions.I also review how agencies are working, send daily reports (MIS and DRR), and ensure everything runs smoothly. I am very skilled at using tools like FINNONE, SFDC, and MS Excel, which are all essential for my role. Month-end pressures bring out the best in me, pushing me to analyze situations, strategize effectively, and deliver on targets without compromising quality.When I started in this field, I joined as a Management Trainee with a goal of becoming an on-roll Collections Manager, and I achieved it! Now, my next goal is to grow further and become a Cluster/Regional Collections Manager. What sets me apart is my belief that experience isn’t measured in years but in the depth of skills and knowledge applied effectively. I am eager to explore new products in the collections domain, continually enhancing my expertise and expanding my impact.
