As the DevSecOps Team Lead and Cloud Native Architect for a key account at Capgemini, I oversee a team of 16 engineers in delivering an enterprise-scale microservices platform based on OpenShift in Azure and on-premises data centers. I am responsible for defining, designing, and implementing CI/CD best practices, managing the agile delivery of the platform, and scaling the team to meet target dates and features. Additionally, I enable developers to deliver business value on the platform. In my role as a Pre-Sales Solution Architect, I help customers to understand Capgemini\'s cloud-native vision and solutions. Moreover, I am responsible for building Capgemini\'s Platform Engineering capability, with a focus on career development and aligning with Capgemini UK\'s cloud-native and microservices vision. I lead a smaller team of four engineers to design and deliver an enterprise-scale microservices product, and I mentor and guide colleagues in their journey to become better engineers, architects, and leaders.
