As solar engineer/consultant at DNV, my main goal is to be a trusted advisor, who provides advisory services to our customers and supports them to transition faster to a deeply decarbonized energy system.I am deeply involved in all phases of the solar PV project life cycle such as early development, merger and acquisition (M&A) of development portfolios, project financing, construction and acceptance, the operational phase and end of life.During my daily work, I actively identify opportunities, provide solutions for customers and bid for contracts and I contribute to business development and project management.A selection of my daily typical technical and commercial activities as a project manager or project team member:• Technical due diligence of pre-construction and operational phase of solar projects, including data analysis, documentation review and contracts review• Energy production assessments of under construction and operational PV plants • Technology and design review of solar PV plants• Design optimization of solar farms, utility and C&I scale, performing site visits•Technical inspections•Construction progress monitoring and drawdown signoffs

I consider myself as a renewable energy enthusiast with a strong inclination towards technological and business development in this discipline, originally from Greece with hands-on working experience in renewables with a Master\'s degree in Electrical Energy.I have been active in the areas of renewable energies (solar and BESS) for more than 7 years with a focus on energy transition and expansion of renewable energy. In my current role, I have been providing technical consulting services in several photovoltaic projects in the energy sector in Germany and worldwide, focusing on different states of development: early planning phase, construction phase and operational phase.Highly skilled in AutoCAD for renewable energy systems and MEP studies. Strong working experience with Microsoft Office tools and PVSyst. Previous experience with Dialux. Skills: sustainability, solar engineering, team building, business communication with a big passion for green energy development.~ Being an engineer means never ceasing to explore new options and opportunities ~
