I founded Precision IT Consulting in 2006 with the idea of bringing enterprise-class information technology services to small and medium-sized businesses. Every day Precision IT Consulting strives to provide excellent customer service and sound technical expertise to all of our clients. We operate as one company with technical staff located throughout the San Francisco Bay Area so we can be highly responsive while providing successful solutions to all of our client’s information technology needs. With over 20 years of experience in IT leadership positions, I know what it takes to build strategic IT solutions that help businesses overall bottom line. Prior to founding Precision IT Consulting, I served as the IT director for a coalition of outdoor clothing companies including, The North Face, Vans, JanSport, Eastpak, and others. My background, technical expertise, and experience in the IT fields ensure our clients receive enterprise-class IT services at an affordable price.

Our services range from augmenting you current IT department doing project based work to completely outsourcing your IT requirements. We strive to provide \"one stop shopping\" to our clients, through our partners and vendors we can accommodate every IT need. We are committed to building and maintaining your IT infrastructure, from servers and networking to troubleshooting workstations issues, we have you covered. We specialize in building Microsoft Windows servers on Intel based hardware. On the networking front we can configure your firewalls, routers, and switches; we focus on Cisco and HP products and are familiar with most others. For end user workstation issues we offer an online help desk ticketing service and have the ability to take remote control of a user’s workstation via the Internet for troubleshooting purposes.
