The Equitable Outcomes Team is a pilot program of an internal hub of in-house strategy and implementation experts supporting LA County’s Alternative Crisis Response (ACR) program, a mental and behavioral health crisis responder program led by the LA County Department of Mental Health. The goal of ACR is to ensure individuals experiencing a mental health crisis in LA County are treated quickly, effectively, and with empathy at the right level of care by the mental health care system so that they can remain in their community.
