Career break //Hey there! I am Kosara, SAP recruiter at Energize Group, focused on Belgium. I also have previous experience with digital marketing recruitment in Germany, as well as data, product & talent roles - mostly through my RPO/TaaS project with Spark Networks.Love the teamwork and autonomy I have found in my job. I\'ve had a great first couple of years getting exposure to different sides of recruitment - working both agency-side and embedded in internal teams.Outside work I enjoy movement, breathwork and cold water immersion. I practice yoga, acro yoga (yep, very different 🤸) and do some calisthenics & mobility classes weekly. Every now and then you will find me bouldering (so far only indoors), on my rollerblades (\'inliners\'), or scuba diving when I am on holiday (certified PADI Advanced diver).Always very active and looking to be in nature as much as possible.
