For workday, I enjoy true end-to-end configuration, meaning there\'s no segregation of duties; I can plan the project, configure the security needed for the domains and BPs, the calc fields and conditions, custom objects, main enhancement config, and finish with the reporting. Then assist with change management and be a final resource for escalated help tickets. I excel at cross-workstream analysis (e.g. how a change in job profile may have downstream impact). When I managed a team, I lead a group of analysts that covered the various core workstreams (payroll, comp, talent, benefits, etc.) and lead more \"big picture\" responsibilities. As an individual contributor, I am certified in the recruiting module and have heavy cross experience in compensation, talent, and general core HCM. I am comfortable with security and have an understanding of sup orgs (and position management if enabled), as well as reporting.    Responsible for supporting design and architecture of the Recruiting and Onboarding modules in the Workday system under the direction of the functional architect. This includes – business process configuration and optimization, such as condition rules, validation rules, routing restrictions, managing recruiting and onboarding setup configuration such as job application and posting templates, job application, requisition and offer business processes, career sites, onboarding business process and document configuration.Working knowledge of report writing, calculated fields, and Recruiting and Onboarding adjacent products such as HCM, Talent and Learning is also a plus.Manage, develop, and consult with the functional teams including close ties with recruiting, compensation, talent and HR to incorporate the requirements and processes within the Workday system.Provide technical leadership to the project team by evaluating and proposing technical alternatives for resolving business and technology issues.
