Hi! I\'m Koryna! I am an Alumni of Arizona State University where I received my Masters of Applied Leadership and Management through the Thunderbird School of Global Management and my Bachelor of Arts in Communications at the Hugh Downs School of Human Communication. Along with my Bachelor of Arts degree, I also completed a certificate in Special Events Management.I am an exceptional HR professional with vast experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, client services, new hire onboarding, recruiting operations, and interview coordination with over 2.5 years of human resource experience. I am passionate about what I do in recruiting and am continuously looking to build on my career in recruiting operations. I am an extremely fast learner and understand that with uncomfortability comes growth. I aim to challenge myself with every new project so I can be the best employee within my organization. I am process focused and based on my experience operating on large scales, I am able to carry an improvement mindset and enjoy process improvement. My results have been repeatedly acknowledged through annual performance reviews by my leadership team and in team meetings. I have an extensive attention to detail and am consistently able to simultaneously complete tasks while keeping all stakeholders informed throughout the process. I am always willing to jump in to help my team and also have a willingness to go above and beyond within my role.
