Within this role, I actively meet with student-athletes to coordinate academic goals while serving as a Student-Athlete Advisory Committee Advisor and Assistant Life Skills Coordinator. I effectively developed and fostered positive relationships with professors and other student support staff across campus to better serve student-athletes. In a previous position as Game Day Events Manager (Intern) for the UT Arlington, I strategically steered event set up for 12 Intercollegiate Varsity Athletic teams, including managing and coordinating personnel for Texas Hall and College Park Center ticket offices, supporting in-game promotions and performances, assisting with scorekeeping and replay equipment, and reviewing complimentary ticket request lists for compliance with NCAA and conference protocol.
