   Lead key initiatives in the development, execution, and continual improvement of physician education programs, including content development, faculty identification, development and management, program execution, and follow-up• Pioneered a novel training pathway for the Harmony TPV (Transcatheter Pulmonary Valve), emphasizing it as a therapy launch rather than just a product introduction• Developed and executed the Harmony TPV US, Japan, and Latin America launches by implementing creative ways to do safe and effective physician training during COVID, training over 130 sites and 350 physicians• Built and executed multiple Congenital Summit training events that brought together over 300 congenital physicians to discuss critical topics in the congenital therapy• Organized multiple fellows and early career events, including the initiation of a new fellows textbook program, product training for fellows and early career professionals, and collaborations with various congresses to educate congenital fellows• Establish critical relationships and collaborate with KOLs to shape objectives and strategies for future commercial programs• Participate on the cross-functional Congenital Core Team to monitor and support the Global upstream development of the Congenital product portfolio• Develop and manage budgets to meet company and business unit objectives
