Leveraging Ruby on Rails for backend infrastructure and React.js for dynamic front-end components, we create clean and scalable code that meets industry standards. Through my technical leadership, we build robust features that address the needs of union management and members.In addition, I collaborate closely with the product team to understand market requirements. By utilizing my technical expertise and industry knowledge, I contribute to strategic planning, feature prioritization, and roadmap development. Conducting user research and feedback analysis, we ensure that Unionly\'s platform effectively serves unions.I work alongside stakeholders, aligning the technical vision with business objectives. This includes making key decisions on technology, architecture, and scalability.
