I\'m a dedicated Management Consulting professional driven by the desire to connect with people and drive meaningful outcomes. Throughout my career, I\'ve developed strong skills in platform strategy and selection, customer success, process optimization, and product management, and I\'ve had the privilege of working with some incredible teams and clients across industries spanning Restaurants, High-Technology, and Healthcare.What truly excites me, though, is the world of matching the needs of a customer to the appropriate products and services to drive the outcomes they need. Over time, I\'ve developed a deep appreciation for the intricate dance of sales, recognizing it as a harmonious blend of my skill set and personal passions. The nuanced challenge of comprehending client requirements, cultivating enduring partnerships, and delivering invaluable solutions seamlessly integrates with my career aspirations.On a personal note, I live in the Seattle area and hold a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Analytics, and Leadership from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management where I had the privilege to row for the Golden Gophers. Outside of work, I’m deeply involved in producing Seattle social and community building events, building custom charcuterie boards, and exploring the world through food & drink.

   I have built our Restaurant Store Technology assessment offering and industry credentials, working with a myriad of quick-service and fast casual restaurants to evaluate their current store technology stack and develop roadmaps for replacement of the POS and Back of House solution sets.I developed and led a Shark Tank-inspired innovation competition, fostering innovative, cross-functional solutions to tackle strategic challenges across digital customer experience, HR, and sustainability for a key client in the Restaurant industry. This experience underscored the importance of creativity, strategic thinking, and creating solutions to strategic client challenges through careful stakeholder management and challenging the status quo. Furthermore, I developed a customized client strategic roadmap to becoming more experience-centric across their organization. In addition to developing a deep, cross-functional appreciation for the complexities of the client\'s business, this experience sharpened my problem-solving, strategic planning, and ability to create tailored solutions.I wrote and taught a training series focused on Customer Lifecycles and Sales, Marketing, and Service.
