My work bridges career education, curriculum, and experiential learning to help students transform their academic experiences into meaningful professional pathways.I focus on internships and experiential education, curriculum design, and the integration of AI into career readiness. Passionate about equity and access, I apply principled innovation to create inclusive career pathways for all students.
