ABOUT KORNELIA LENCZ
I lead data and AI transformation with a business and CX focus, and business and CX transformation enabled by data and AI – combining design thinking, behavioural science, and deep technical credibility. As a Consulting Director at a specialist data and AI consultancy, I shape how data and AI solutions are defined, built, commercialised, and embedded to deliver value at scale. My work sits at the intersection of technology, business and service design and commercial strategy. I lead the design and delivery of advanced data and AI capabilities that are technically rigorous, drive business growth, are scalable and sustainable, and are explicitly grounded in customer and user outcomes. With an academic background in Physics and ML / AI, formal training in Design, and over a decade of Big 4 consulting experience, I bridge the gap between customer-centric business design and data and technology, integrating a human lens into digital transformation. I move fluidly from data foundations and algorithms through to CX and operating models, ensuring that data and AI investments improve operations, user experiences, decision-making and commercial performance. At Kubrick, I develop repeatable, market-driven data and AI propositions, partnering with executive stakeholders to define what to build, why it matters, how it should be delivered, and how value is realised over time. My remit spans technical strategy, solution design, business development and senior client engagement, from early-stage conversations and proposals through to delivery oversight and long-term account growth.I am deeply interested in the human dimensions of data and AI, including ethics, bias, governance, trust, and the organisational conditions required for AI to be adopted responsibly at scale. I use this space to share perspectives from practice on building data and AI capabilities that work in the real world, informed by science, shaped by design, and grounded in commercial reality.
