ABOUT KORINA DUFFY

With 15 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, I currently lead EcoFitness South Dublin, focusing on building a vibrant and healthy community. My expertise includes:Ecofitness Studios based in D12 & D24 offering Group Fitness Programs: Delivering structured and results-oriented classes such as Strength & Conditioning, HIIT, Pilates, Dance, and Boxing, ensuring participants meet their fitness goals through effective program design and execution.Program Development: Leading a six-week fitness and well-being program, providing result-driven educational fitness and nutritional guidance to help people kickstart their fitness journey. Founder of Adaptive Fitness ClassesProud founder of Adaptive Fitness Classes for individuals with disabilities, including wheelchair users, in South Dublin, proudly sponsored by Active South Dublin. Currently, we offer classes in two locations, Dublin 12 and Dublin 24, and will soon expand to Dublin 16 and Dublin 1.‍Event and Experience Coordination:Organizing fitness and cultural trips within Ireland and abroad, such as the Camino, ski trips, and historical tours.Community Engagement:Hosting fitness events, themed workouts, and community gatherings, including \"Single and Ready to Mingle\" walking events to connect singles.Corporate Wellness:Implementing workplace wellness programs with on-site fitness classes, wellness workshops, and team-building activities.Virtual Training:Providing online fitness training with customized plans, virtual coaching, and flexible scheduling to cater to a global audience.Sustainability Initiatives:Leading community initiatives to help reduce carbon footprints, such as tree planting days and tree planting initiatives throughout Ireland and abroad. We have completed a number tree planting projects across Ireland with CRANN Trees Of Ireland to include a project for March 2025 on Inis Mor, Aran Island Tree Planting Project with the local community.In addition, I am the founder of Club Soda,( Sick of Dating Apps) which takes a health-focused approach to dating. Club Soda aims to get people active, walking, and connected outside of dating apps by organizing activities in scenic locations around Ireland.At EcoFitness, our mission is to promote health, connection, and adventure.
