I am a recruiting professional whose passion is only matched by my excitement to help people. As I began my career in financial services, I have a fundamental understanding of the industry and how things work. However, when I was presented with the opportunity to change into the recruiting industry, I was immediately hooked. What better way to help people than to assist in finding them jobs? After getting my feet wet in the recruiting agency world, I decided to move on to in-house corporate recruiting where I felt I could make an immediate impact and assist in building lifelong careers.I pride myself on my educational background in Drama, which has taught me how to listen, adapt, and improvise to any situation. I look beyond what is merely on paper to see who you are as a person. Combining this knowledge with a high emotional IQ has allowed me to successfully recruit and attract passive talent.
