Hi, I’m Korey—a Talent, Culture, and Retail Leader with a passion for building exceptional teams and designing people-first strategies that scale brands and elevate workplace culture. Over the last decade, I’ve led hiring, coaching, and development across luxury retail, education, and tech startups—always focused on creating inclusive, high-impact environments where people and performance thrive. From launching Vuori’s first Southeast location to scaling tech talent at Multiverse, I’ve built the teams and systems that help businesses grow intentionally and sustainably. Currently, I’m helping Kurt Geiger build out its U.S. market and flagship service model—leading talent operations, clienteling strategy, and floor leadership for the brand’s record-breaking Miami launch. I’m especially energized by work that merges data, development, and culture, whether through structured hiring processes, strong leadership pipelines, or customer experience-led service models.
