Provide supervision and leadership to the multi-disciplinary team, including prioritizing site goals and objectives. • Manage complex grants from a variety of funding sources (Federal, State, Local). • Ensure excellent customer service at YouthSource, including resolving concerns with students, parents and community partners. • Provide leadership and oversight of customer flow, including intake sessions, New Student Orientation and coordination of classroom activities. • Negotiate inter-local agreements between King County and Renton Technical College, and other key partners and funders.• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of community resources and services. • Provide leadership to case managers on complex and difficult cases to support student growth and development. • Ensure team meets all programmatic goals under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity (WIOA) Out-of-School Youth program. Performance measures such as enrollments, basic skill attainments, credential attainments, work experience placements, occupational skill attainments, and positive exits.• Ensure that the team is also meeting programmatic goals for other grants and programs.• Manage the Open Doors program and partnership with Renton Technical College. Ensure compliance with all State of Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) regulations and re-negotiate agreements. • Facilitate and maintain strong partnership with community partners. • Provide leadership and oversight in the YouthSource classroom(s) on academic instruction, youth development programming and upcoming schedule of events, and ensure student’s needs are being met. • Identify promising practices and explore continuous improvement opportunities.• Review data and use data for continuous quality improvement. • Ensure staff are working assigned hours and meeting program goals. This may including hiring staff, and developing professional development opportunities.
