   Work closely with studio leadership on all aspects of studio operations. Lead recruiting and onboarding efforts. Support staff by answering benefits-related questions. Distribute studio-wide communications on behalf of the studio. Ensure legal documents are accurately processed and archived, including but not limited to non-disclosure agreements, business agreements, and music licensing agreements. Although we are remote-first, ensure that physical facilities are maintained, schedule necessary repairs, and confirm compliance with health and safety requirements. Manage expense reports for office purchases and other studio expenditures. Lead on-site meetings and events, including research, booking, and coordinating payment for catering, travel, and venues. Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and corporate service teams to optimize studio operations and processes.Consistently move the company and its projects forward by identifying opportunities to implement new processes and procedures. Create reports to support decision-making related to studio operations. Maintain project trackers and provide regular status updates to the Executive Director of Studio Affairs and the leadership team as needed. Perform additional projects and tasks as assigned.
