Korey Edwards is a change management and communication consultant in Mercer’s Indianapolis office. There, she is responsible for assisting clients with communication strategies designed to support business and human resources\' goals and objectives. Korey works with some of Mercer\'s largest clients from a variety of industries, including health care, air travel, manufacturing, and oil field services.Korey\'s background includes designing change management communication strategies and implementation plans that address a wide range of issues. She also has developed leading-edge strategies to build and integrate technology to provide online, interactive experiences for employees and their families, which have led to increased awareness of and engagement in organizations\' programs. Prior to joining Mercer, Korey worked as a producer for local television stations in multiple Midwest markets and as a media relations specialist for a sports and entertainment marketing firm. She uses her background to translate complex information into simple messages, then delivers them with a creative and impactful flair.Korey received her Master in Business Administration (MBA) at Xavier University and prior to that a Bachelor’s of Applied Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism at Butler University in Indianapolis.
