Executive Clinical Director with extensive experience leading behavioral health programs and multidisciplinary teams across multiple levels of care. I specialize in building and strengthening clinical systems that support high-quality, trauma-informed treatment while aligning operations, clinical leadership, and organizational strategy.In my current role, I oversee clinical directors, care coordination, psychiatric providers, education, and wellness programming within residential and outpatient settings. My focus is on developing strong leadership teams, improving clinical infrastructure, and implementing processes that support both staff and client outcomes. I have experience launching new programs, stabilizing clinical operations, and guiding teams through growth and organizational change.I am passionate about creating treatment environments where adolescents and families receive compassionate, evidence-based care while clinicians are supported to do their best work. My leadership approach emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement in communities we serve.Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with a Master’s Degree in Trauma and Mental Health Counseling from Ottawa University.
