Korbin Heiss joined Wells Fargo in 2010 after ten years working at Centerline Capital (formerly Related Capital) and Boston Financial (formerly MMA Financial) in Low Income Housing Tax Credit syndication. As a Regional Equity Manager in Wells Fargo’s Community Lending and Investment group, he leads a team that structures tax credit equity investments in affordable housing projects. In addition to Low Income Housing Tax Credits, his expertise includes Historic Tax Credits, and various state tax credit and financing programs. He has financed many award-winning, transformational affordable housing projects in New York City.
