Directly responsible for all activities relating to sales, real estate development, construction, maintenance of properties and administration throughout Northern California. Directly responsible for, and the supervision of, the hiring, training, motivating, evaluating, disciplining, and terminating of all personnel.Directly responsible for maintaining high level of sales at plant level. This includes developing ideas and advertising programs, involvement in sales training programs, and goal-setting for sales performance by sales team and individual account executives.Responsible for evaluating and maintaining our Real Estate portfolio. This includes negotiating with property owners, developers, and city officials in order to grow our inventory.Responsible for maintaining safe work conditions at all of our properties. This includes ensuring all employees adhere to strict policies relating to our safety program as well as OSHA Regulations.Responsible for controlling sales, expenses, purchases, accounts receivables and collections.
