I am currently the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for Acuren, a public listed companyPreviously, I was the Senior Manager for Financial Reporting and Corporate Finance for the parent company that owns Acuren North America operations. Prior to Acuren, I was a Manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers\'(PwC) Transaction Services practice in Toronto, I advised both buy-side and sell-side clients (including carve-out assistance) on acquisitions.My buy-side financial due diligence experience at PwC includes consumer and industrial products, healthcare, automotive, shipping and services (nuclear, outsourcing, engineering, IT, franchise home services, property & safety inspection), which ranges from family-operated businesses to multi-national corporations and conglomerates.My sell-side financial due diligence experience (including carve-out assistance) at PwC includes home-improvement including building and construction products industry, telecommunication and life science.Prior to joining PwC in March 2005, I spent five years with PwC Malaysia (i.e. four years in audit and assurance and a year in Transaction Services). My audit and assurance experiences include hotel and entertainment, construction, services, industrial products, financial services, investment holding, plantation and charity.My Bachelors degree in Accounting (Honors) is from University of Malaya. I completed the Malaysian CPA designation while working for PwC Malaysia Audit and Assurance practice in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
