Accomplished and purpose-driven professional with a focus on enabling companies to achieve long-term sustainable growth and increased profitability through lean thinking and systematic improvement. I specialize in people development, process improvement, and customer focus, with international experience in customized Lean/Toyota Way business transformations. Fluent in English and Spanish. With a diverse background, I\'ve worked with global industry leaders across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia in various sectors, including Electronics, Sporting Goods, Electrical Enclosures, Shoes, Clothing, Windows & Doors, Maintenance and Service, Lifts, Ceramics, Medical Devices, Automotive, Construction, and Aerospace. My areas of expertise include Senior Management, Operational Excellence, Leadership, Coaching, Lean Six Sigma, Policy Deployment, Organizational Alignment, KPI Alignment, Change Management, Value Stream Optimization, Problem Solving, Lean Tools, Kaizen, Daily Performance Management, and People Development.
