As BSU\'s first ever SharePoint Administrator, my charge is to drive adoption of the entire suite of Microsoft 365 business applications, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI and more. Prior to our global pandemic, the BSU community had been extremely resilient with its adoption of an online and remote business environment. Microsoft 365, Teams, and now SharePoint are proving to be tools vital to the way business is done now and in the future. BSU\'s new SharePoint Online has been custom branded, and we are busy finding custom solutions and web parts that bring data from external resources into our online workplace. As the Microsoft 365 service owner, I lead the general governance of quality assurance and accessibility compliance inside our SharePoint workspace with the aid of Siteimprove. A few of our major initiatives as we launch our new SharePoint Online platform include enhancement of the Microsoft search capabilities with PnP web parts, replacement of our legacy people directory using Active Directory and the Microsoft Graph, and integration of Adobe Sign for automated capture of signatures inside custom workflows.
