I’m a brand builder with over a decade of experience in design and operations. I help both small businesses and large-scale tech companies engage customers and employees through compelling products, strong culture, and meaningful experiences. Everything I do, whether it applies to design, operations, or experiences, is a conduit for driving meaningful business outcomes. This philosophy has shaped my work, from scaling Shopify’s workforce from 100 to over as Head of Culture and Talent Development to advising and designing for small businesses like Mantle, Wethos, Gnara, and Daily Blends.
