Beyond Music is a global initiative that connects professional musicians, composers, singers, and songwriters from diverse cultures, fostering collaboration on transformative musical projects. Founded in 2015 by the Swiss Beyond Foundation and Tina Turner, and launched as a platform in 2018, Beyond Music is a non-profit organization that promotes intercultural understanding and drives social change through the unifying power of music.Through our album projects, we provide our community with a unique opportunity to collaborate with world-renowned producers and guest artists, helping them elevate their careers to new heights. Beyond Music: A Global Movement for Social ChangeFounded in 2015 by the Swiss Beyond Foundation and Tina Turner, Beyond Music is a music collective, a global movement and an innovative non-profit that empowers artists to create music with purpose and to transform the world. Launched as a platform in 2018, we unite professional musicians, singers, and songwriters from all cultural backgrounds to collaborate on album projects that drive social change. Through the universal language of music, we explore new perspectives, foster intercultural understanding, and amplify voices that address the most pressing global issues. With four impactful albums created alongside Grammy-winning, world-class producers and guest artists, we have built a global community of artists spanning 170 countries committed to shaping a more compassionate and connected world. We use music as a catalyst for social transformation.Our new album Beyond Music Vol.4 – Social Change was released in June 2025 and features collaborations with 5-time Grammy Award winner Angélique Kidjo, Nigerian Afrobeats hitmaker Pheelz, and award-winning Ghanaian singer Wiyaala. Beyond Music members recorded their songs with these icons in Paris, Lagos, and Zurich. The songs are submitted for the new Grammy category “Best Song for Social Change.”The album features 23 songs by 78 artists from 41 countries, blending Afrobeats, neo-soul, EDM, folk, hip hop, jazz, and beyond. A vibrant mix of sounds, it celebrates hope, courage, and unity through global musical creativity.Beyond Music is a call to action — inviting artists to be a voice for change. With every song, they build bridges and spark the transformation our world urgently needs.
