ABOUT KONSTANTINOS CHIOTIS
Konstantinos Chiotis is a cognitive neurologist at Karolinska University Hospital and an assistant professor at Karolinska Institutet, specializing in the development of neuroimaging biomarkers for neurodegenerative disorders.He earned his medical degree from the University of Patras in Greece (2011) and subsequently pursued a Ph.D. at Karolinska Institutet (2013–2017), focusing on the development of multimodal neuroimaging biomarkers for Alzheimer’s disease in the Agneta Nordberg Lab.Between 2018 and 2024, he completed a part-time postdoctoral fellowship in neuroimaging and a part-time residency in neurology at Karolinska University Hospital. He then continued his research with a postdoctoral fellowship (2024–2025) at the University of California, San Francisco, working on multimodal neuroimaging under the mentorship of Professors Gil Rabinovici and Renaud La Joie.
