o Leading a team of 96 FTEs at Beiersdorf’s largest production center, overseeing the full scope of materials management: Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, Launch/Relaunch Coordination, Master Data, Raw & Pack Material Steering, and SAP System Support.o The factory produces up to 700 million units annually, contributing approx. €900 million in net sales. Main product categories: Deo Roll-On & Stick, Aftershave, Face Cleanse, Lip Care, NIVEA Crème, and NIVEA Metal Pack.o Key Achievements within first 12 months- All-time record Service Level performance of factory- Significantly improved overall asset efficiency through optimized planning approach- Generated > €1.5M in savings via detailed invoice/contract reviews, as well as optimized resource planning- Successfully implemented key projects without any operational disruptions, including the decarbonization of external finished goods transport by introducing e-truck shuttles replacing diesel shuttles- Streamlined reporting structures and operational steering processes for better transparency and control- Delivered a leadership turnaround in the logistics team: improved health rate, strengthened safety mindset, and increased operational stability and performance
