Key responsibilities were- Led an international team in supply chain management and transport organization for a leading global automotive supplier- Stabilized outbound shipment processes with partner warehouses- Implemented an integrated Transport Management System to enhance transparency and efficiency for customers- Successfully restructured internal organization to improve operational efficiency- Focused on employee development and regularly addressed time and financially critical challenges to boost customer satisfaction.
