I manage engineering, data (decision science) and product teams.Mission:At Kriya we don\'t ship features, we solve customer problems and deliver impact for our company. We don\'t have a roadmap in its common form and we don\'t commit to \"ship feature X\". Our engineers and product managers commit to an impact metric and they are free to choose the way it will be delivered, they are empowered to experiment, iterate and innovate.Team:We are a team of 25+ engineers/data scientists/BIs/PM/UX. Most of us are fully remote (multiple countries).Platform:Our platform is a set of tailored solutions for business finance problems. Solutions include Payments, Invoice Finance and Business Loans.
