My contributions include- Designing customized leadership programs intentionally aligned with client-specific strategies, cultures, and competency needs- Developing and deploying Korn Ferry\'s Leadership Accelerators – our intensive, IP-backed cohort programs designed to rapidly build critical leadership capabilities and address prevalent organizational challenges with proven, scalable solutions- Leveraging diverse learning modalities (ILT, self-paced digital, coaching, reinforcement techniques, platform integration) to create immersive journeys that ensure sustainable skill development and behavioral change.As an internal AI Champion, I focus on advancing our firm\'s practical AI adoption by- Building firm-wide AI literacy through the delivery of 30+ interactive training sessions since August 2023- Using these sessions to guide discussions on applying AI effectively, exploring how AI tools can enhance the value and efficiency of our consulting work and create opportunities to integrate AI into innovative client solutions.
