I support the team at benten capital, a boutique advisory firm, in ongoing M&A and corporate finance projects focused on the German mid-market. My work includes analyzing transactions related to company successions, buy- and sell-side mandates (asset and share deals), and private placements.I actively contribute to financial modelling in Excel, including LBO models, valuation analyses, and client presentations. I also support the evaluation of financing structures (equity, mezzanine, and sale & leaseback) and assist in deal execution.This role allows me to strengthen my technical skills and deepen my understanding of transaction processes within SME advisory.
