I am a global automotive leader specializing in the commercialization of safety systems and vehicle hardware, bridging engineering, supply chain strategy, and industrial execution to bring complex vehicle programs to market.Over the past 20+ years, my career has uniquely spanned both the supplier and OEM sides of the industry. I began in restraint system engineering and advanced through quality, program management, operations, and purchasing leadership roles before transitioning into EV startups and premium OEM environments. This background allows me to approach problems not just from a functional perspective, but from a full lifecycle vehicle execution standpoint.At Rivian, I supported the launch and scaling of the R1T and R1S programs and contributed to early sourcing strategy for R2. I worked across engineering, finance, and manufacturing teams to establish the supply base, stabilize cost, and support ramp readiness in a high-ambiguity startup environment.I now lead Restraints & Safety sourcing at Lucid Motors, supporting Lucid Air, Gravity, and future midsize platforms.
