Led End Overdose from a grassroots initiative to a nationally recognized nonprofit reaching over trained individuals in overdose response. Scaled operations to include over 50 college chapters across the U.S, creating a youth-led network for harm reduction and education. Scaled grassroots operations to include over 1,500+ volunteers across the End Overdose network. Serve as lead strategist in developing a national overdose prevention campaign, combining advocacy, education, and technology to destigmatize response training. Spearheaded partnerships with state agencies (e.g, Arkansas DHS), corporate sponsors, and public health entities to expand free naloxone access nationwide. Oversee the distribution of hundreds of thousands of naloxone doses and fentanyl test strips, with special focus on youth ages 12–35. Built a high-engagement social media presence with over 3 million monthly impressions, driving awareness and educational content to underserved audiences. Introduced festival-based overdose prevention strategies in collaboration with major entertainment leaders including Insomniac, AEG, and Live Nation. Manage high-dollar budgets and secured funding and in-kind donations from individual donors, corporate contributions, government contracts, and private foundations. Developed and launched Narcats World, the first arcade-style digital training game for overdose response, providing instant certification to users.
