Responsible for supplier/vendor on-boarding and their document management. Working on Vendor creation, Vendor Update and Vendor Extend requests of clients from Asian countries and USA, European countries. Handling TPRM process while on-boarding the vendor and performing due diligence checks based on supplier country, scope of work and Government/vendor portals checks. Performing the Risk assessment, duplicate check while creation/update of vendor data like vendor name & Bank details by using the match functions as per the internal quality tool. Fixing the issues on supplier’s bank details like Bank name, Routing number, Swift code and control key by contacting the Bank master data. Seeking the approvals from the business partners for low payment terms, documentation, Payment method and non-banking vendors to setup the vendor. Responsible for (MRP) Timely placement of Purchase orders to suppliers, PO confirmations, Past Order follow-ups, Supplier management, Expediting of shortages, managing volatile demand changes, inventory control through timely Pull in, Push out and Cancellation of orders. Resolving disputes and claims with Internal and external stakeholders, vendors, suppliers & freight Forwarders (AP & MRB, RMA, GR Challenges). Responsible for working closely with the selected suppliers and managing the company’s procurement activities. Carrying out filing and general administrative duties like preparing & displaying - Daily Dash board & weekly & monthly metrics reports for the team
