I began my career as a Nuclear Mechanical Operator in the Navy. During that period, I picked up many project management methodologies while diagnosing equipment malfunctions and initiating repairs and quality inspections for nuclear reactors across 12 submarine crews. My strong sense of responsibility led to my advancement as Senior Nuclear Plant Supervisor and Program Manager. It was there where I learned that successful program management comes from enlisting and empowering teams, defining and executing strategies, and measuring ROI against big-picture initiatives. As I transitioned from the military to the civilian job market, I drew upon these experiences to build new B2B territories and foster relationships with Fortune 500 clients, external partners, and operational teams to deliver added value.
