A recent graduate of Howard University with a B.S in biology, minoring in chemistry. I have participated in bacteriophage research and have become very familiar with aseptic techniques as they have been essential in every experiment I have conducted. I plan to pursue an MD and have a career in neurological sciences. I am very passionate about healthcare or the lack thereof in the black community and hope to combat scientific racism while contributing to antiracist (neuro)science.
