In my role as a Cloud DevOps Engineer, I led the design of Azure Landing Zones with secure networking to host business-critical banking platforms. I automated cloud provisioning using Terraform and ARM templates, deploying services such as App Services, AKS clusters, SQL Databases, and Key Vaults. I built end-to-end CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, reducing release cycles from weeks to just hours, and successfully migrated large Oracle and SQL Server databases to Azure SQL with minimal downtime. On the containerization side, I deployed and managed AKS clusters with Helm charts, enabling blue-green and canary deployments. To strengthen compliance and security, I implemented Azure Policy, Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, and AAD MFA/RBAC. I also built real-time event-driven architectures using Service Bus and Event Grid for payments and fraud detection. Additionally, I achieved 25% cost savings by optimizing Azure spend with Reserved Instances and automation.
