Ensure that all pertinent company and regulatory requirements impacting the Quality Systems are met (including GMP, cGMP and NHP)• Support the co-ordination of Iovate process for Canadian Site License application and/or renewal• Establish and maintain the Co-manufacturer, Ingredient Supplier, and 3PL approval process including review and assessment of all required documentation to ensure product safety and quality• Lead Root Cause Analysis and CAPA including establishing process, tools, metrics, and reporting• Develop quality performance management for co-manufacturers including reporting and identify opportunities to improve compliance and product quality• Audit new and existing co-manufacturers and 3PLs for compliance with company and regulatory requirements• Support with Change Control, Product Development Brief approval, and other Quality Management Systems programs• Develop and update SOP’s and training materials to reflect regulatory and company requirements• Represent QA at New Products Launch Meetings, New and Existing Supplier Meetings and other meetings and presentations as required• Establish relationships with Co-manufacturers with the goal of driving improvements and maintain open lines of communications
