I help international students land jobs faster - by building the AI system I wish existed when I was job hunting.When I came to the US, I applied to hundreds of jobs. Solid resume, consistent effort. Still nothing.I restructured the entire approach. I stopped mass-applying, targeted only highly aligned roles, and customized every application. Suddenly, interviews from top companies started rolling in.That insight became the foundation for @The Job World.But before writing a single line of code, our team ran deep continuous discovery: student surveys and 100+ one-on-one user interviews. Every friction point was mapped. Every assumption was tested.I translated that research into a zero-to-one product roadmap. Leading a cross-functional team, we shipped an AI-native platform in just 9 months- from PRD to production. We delivered 5 core AI features: intelligent resume tailoring, an automated cover letter and cold email generator, a Chrome extension, and a smart application tracker.After analyzing 15+ competitors, we defined our core product positioning. We found the gap nobody else was solving: going beyond basic keyword matching to deliver true, AI-driven contextual alignment between candidates and roles.The result?
